Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through International Voice, Chat, and Text channels.

• Provide technical assistance for installation, activation, troubleshooting, and product-related issues.

• Resolve customer concerns using approved scripts, processes, and knowledge resources.

• Provide information regarding product specifications and compatibility.

• Recommend relevant products, services, upgrades, or warranties as part of issue resolution.

• Maintain high standards of customer experience, quality, and productivity.

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Undergraduate with Minimum 6 months of International Customer Service / Technical Support experience.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Good customer-handling and communication skills.

• Comfortable handling both Voice \& Chat interactions.

• Upselling/cross-selling experience will be an advantage.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
