Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller with sales experience who can communicate with potential customers, pitch company services, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain and sell the company's products and services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel or CRM tools.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
