The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding new distributors, retailers, and beauty salons.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the cosmetics industry.
• Monitor sales performance against KPIs, prepare detailed sales reports, and present findings and forecasts to senior management.
• Oversee product launches and promotional activities, ensuring effective execution and maximizing market penetration.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation at distributor and retail points to minimize obsolescence.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, promotional materials, and campaigns tailored to the regional market.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
