Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor moulding machines during production.
- Handle machine start-up, shutdown and routine operating checks.
- Maintain product quality and minimise rejection and material wastage.
- Monitor production output and report machine-related issues.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff when required.
- Maintain shop-floor cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience operating injection moulding and/or blow moulding machines preferred.
- Basic understanding of plastic materials, moulds and production processes.
- Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent product quality.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to work in shifts.
