Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, features, and offers to customers.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer conversion rates.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Confidence in handling customer calls and objections.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Freshers can apply; telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
