Communication Trainer

A Soft Skill Trainer is responsible for enhancing interpersonal, communication, and professional skills of students or employees to improve workplace effectiveness and overall personality development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette
• Deliver workshops on teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving
• Train candidates in interview preparation and presentation skills
• Develop training materials, modules, and assessment tools
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play activities
• Track progress and prepare training reports

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• Good understanding of corporate behavior and workplace culture
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Patience and strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in English, HR, Psychology, or related field)
• 1–4 years of experience in training, teach

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
