Job Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified, skilled, and responsible candidate for the position of Accountant cum Admission In-Charge at our school. The ideal candidate must have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English. The candidate should be well-organized, professional, confident, and capable of handling accounting and admission-related responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, fee records, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Manage student fee collection, outstanding fee records, and follow-up with parents regarding pending dues.
• Handle the complete admission process, including inquiries, registration, documentation, and student records.
• Communicate professionally with parents, students, staff, and school management.
• Prepare financial reports, fee statements, and admission reports as required.
• Maintain accurate records using school management software, MS Excel, and other computer applications.
• Assist in preparing admission campaigns and responding to admission inquiries.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial and student information.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
