Role Overview -

We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and field-ready sales talent. As a Business Development Intern, you will be sometimes on the ground, visiting corporate stall, retail outlets, and event planners, interacting directly with HR Heads, Admin Managers, Purchase Decision-Makers, and Business Owners, and driving B2B sales pipelines for our gift hampers and bakery products.

Important Note

It involves traveling, cold visits, and interpersonal negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• On-the-Ground Prospecting - Sometimes conduct field visits to prospective corporate clients, offices, retail stores, and event venues across your assigned territory.
• Executive Pitching - Meet directly with HR Heads, Admin Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners to introduce our corporate gifting and bakery solutions.
• Lead Generation \& Conversion - Identify decision-makers, schedule pitch meetings, present product samples and hampers, and close bulk and festive orders.
• Pipeline \& CRM Management - Maintain records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/Sales Tracker.
• Reporting \& Strategy - Prepare field reports and collaborate with senior leaders to refine territory targets and seasonal campaign focus (festive, corporate, wedding, and bulk gifting).
