Job Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of multiple client brands across digital and social media. In this leadership role, you will guide our design team, oversee daily creative output, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging assets that align with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day creative output of the design team.
• Conceptualize and execute visually compelling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Develop creative strategies and visual storytelling concepts for brands across diverse industries.
• Ensure absolute consistency in brand identity and design quality across all deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Content Writers, and Strategists on integrated marketing campaigns and new business pitch decks.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform-specific formats, and design innovations.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in social media design, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, branding, and digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Figma, and Canva.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring a design team.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools.

Pay

Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
