Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day computer operations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Prepare and update reports using MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Draft professional emails and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, files, and records.
• Generate printouts, scan documents, and manage photocopying and filing activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with different departments such as Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts for smooth information flow.
• Assist in preparing quotations, reports, data sheets, and other office documents.
• Update databases, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy of entered information.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams for document sharing, approvals, and required information.
• Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of company records and documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer operations.
• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of email drafting and office correspondence.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain proper documentation.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate with basic computer knowledge.
