Key Responsibilities

Insurance Operations

• Prepare quotations, product comparisons, KYC, documentation, and disclosures.
• Coordinate policy issuance and maintain policy records.
• Manage policy data entry, document storage, and renewal tracking.
• Prepare operational MIS and reports.

Sales Support

• Follow up on insurance leads and client requirements.
• Prepare client proposals and feature comparisons.
• Coordinate with insurers and clients until policy issuance.
• Manage renewal reminders and follow-up activities.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support the MD/CEO in business closure activities.

Client Service

• Handle claims assistance, endorsements, reimbursements, and service requests.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.

Compliance \& Knowledge

• Conduct needs analysis and suitability documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on insurance products, insurer portals, and industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance operations, servicing, or sales support.
• Good understanding of life and general insurance products.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital applications.
• High level of ownership, accuracy, and customer focus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the wealth management industry.
