About the Company

Auction Dekho is an auction-focused platform that helps users discover auction opportunities and access relevant property and asset auction information.

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. Freshers with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update auction-related information on the company's website and internal systems.
• Collect and organize auction details from bank websites, auction notices, PDFs, and other available sources.
• Upload property details, auction dates, reserve prices, locations, images, and relevant documents.
• Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Verify entered information to minimize errors and duplicate entries.
• Regularly update existing listings and remove or flag outdated information.
• Organize digital files, documents, and data systematically.
• Coordinate with the internal team for missing or incorrect information.
• Complete assigned daily data entry targets.

Required Skills

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good typing speed with reasonable accuracy.
• Ability to read and understand information in English and Hindi.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
