Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to enhance our customer experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a background in call center operations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding inquiries and bookings.

• Provide accurate information about our services, properties, and pricing.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector With international call centre experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
