Collection Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments. Follow up with customers for timely repayment. Negotiate payment plans and repayment commitments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues. Follow company policies and RBI guidelines during recovery calls. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle targets and customer interactions.
