Position: Telecaller 🏢 Company : Bigbillion Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. 💼 Hiring for the following position : Telecaller 👨‍💼 Freshers & experienced Candidates are welcome. | Full-Time | Any Graduate 💰 Fixed Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 Per month Based on Performance 💵 Incentives : Performance-Based Over and above salary 📲 Role overview : Bigbillion Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, and generating business leads or sales through effective telephonic communication. 📜 Key responsibilities : ✔️ Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our food & beverage products and services ✔️ Handle inbound customer queries and provide prompt, professional responses ✔️ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals ✔️ Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the system ✔️ Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business ✔️ Report daily call summaries and performance updates to the team leader 📑 Requirements : Any graduate (all streams) Freshers & experienced welcome Basic English communication Local language proficiency preferred 🔘 Key skills : Good verbal communication Convincing & persuasive ability Patience & active listening Target-driven attitude Basic computer / CRM knowledge 🗃️ What we offer : Fixed monthly salary Attractive incentives On-the-job training Growth opportunities Friendly work environment Contact HR to apply Surya HR Bigbillion Food and Beverages Pvt.
