The candidate should have good leadership, communication, and team management skills. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly. - Supervise staff and coordinate with different departments. - Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. - Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. - Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues. - Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. - Maintain inventory, stock records, and wastage control. - Coordinate billing and cash-handling activities. - Support recruitment, staff training, and shift scheduling. - Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.
