Food Technology Specialist

Urgent Requirement - Food Safety Officer. Work Location - Barmer ( Rajasthan) Accommodation - Yes from company side. Degree/Diploma in Engineering with a recognized Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety or HSE, supported by relevant HSE experience. Considering the Catering & Facility Management environment, the candidate should also have appropriate knowledge/exposure to food safety and hygiene, FSSAI requirements, HACCP/GMP/GHP, fire safety, emergency response and applicable HSE systems. JOB Description - Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and programs. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards. Lead HSE training and awareness initiatives for employees and contractors. Investigate HSE incidents and accidents, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions. Monitor HSE performance and report to senior management. Maintain HSE records and documentation. Candidate should have knowledge of Food Audit. Responsible for all Foods safety and Quality management. Ensure the Food Products meet standard set by both company & regulatory bodies. Conduct Quality & Food Safety audit . Regulatory Knowledge - Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other relevant food safety standards. Audit regarding temperature logs, storage, receiving and staff training, to ensure compliance With FSSAI ISO or GFSI Standards. Conduct audit daily kitchen , cafetieres, & Store. immediate joiner required . Work location - Barmer ( Rajasthan ). Accomdation - Yes.
