Candidates will handle customer calls, explain company services, provide information, and support customers professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive customer calls as per business requirements. Communicate with customers in the assigned regional language. Explain company services, offers, and processes clearly. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information. Maintain customer details and call records in the system. Follow up with customers and achieve assigned calling targets. Provide professional and polite customer service. Required Skills: Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, or Malayalam . Good verbal communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Positive attitude and customer-handling ability.
