Booking Appointments: Schedule workshop visits to maintain a steady daily vehicle inflow. Upselling: Inform customers about add-on services like wheel alignment, AC cleaning, and detailing packages. Feedback Calls (PSF): Contact customers post-service to collect feedback and resolve grievances. Data Entry: Maintain accurate call records in our garage CRM or tracking sheets.
