Job Title: Bakery Commi – Yeldam Kitchen Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad Experience: 3+ Years Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Bakery Commi to prepare breads, cookies, biscuits, crackers, pastries, and other bakery products while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare bakery and pastry products as per standard recipes. Handle ingredient measurement, mixing, dough preparation, baking, and finishing. Maintain product quality, taste, texture, and presentation. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstations. Minimize ingredient wastage and meet daily production schedules. Qualifications: Intermediate, Diploma, or certification in Bakery, Pastry, or Culinary Arts preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience in bakery production. Knowledge of breads, cookies, biscuits, pastries, and baking techniques. Experience with healthy, whole wheat, millet-based, or eggless products is an added advantage.
