About the Role

As a Presales Executive, you will be the first person our clients talk to. You will speak with them, understand what they are looking for, and match them with the right property from what we have available for rent or sale. Once you find a good match, you pass the client's profile to the respective team to take it forward.

What You Will Do

Call clients and enquiries, and collect their basic details

Understand their exact requirements: budget, location, property type, and whether they want to rent or buy

Match their requirements with the properties we have available for rent or sale

When a property matches, share the client's profile with the respective team

Keep your call records and client details updated

Follow up with clients so no enquiry is left unanswered

What We Are Looking For

Any degree

6 months to 3 years of experience (telecalling, inside sales, customer support or real estate experience is a plus)

Clear, confident communication in English and Kannada or Hindi

A polite, patient way of talking to people on the phone

Good listening skills, so you really understand what the client needs

Basic computer knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets)

A positive attitude and a habit of following up

Salary and Benefits

Fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month. Your exact salary will depend on how you do in the interview, and on your knowledge and skills.

Performance-based incentives on top of your fixed salary
