We are hiring for Transport Coordinator for 3PL Logistics Industry

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the placement and deployment of trucks and trailers based on customer requirements and shipment schedules.

Arrange vehicles for daily transportation operations and ensure timely vehicle availability.

Coordinate with transporters, fleet owners, drivers, and vendors for vehicle placement and movement.

Monitor truck and trailer movements from pickup to final delivery.

Track vehicles and provide regular shipment status updates to customers and internal teams.

Ensure timely vehicle reporting, loading, unloading, and delivery as per schedules.

Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup locations, delivery points, route details, and transit schedules.

Handle vehicle delays, breakdowns, route diversions, and other transportation-related issues.

Maintain daily vehicle placement reports, trip sheets, delivery records, and transporter details.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
