Role Overview

We are looking for a polished, proactive professional to manage the premium in-store customer experience at Global Gadgets while assisting the Managing Director with meeting coordination and related executive support as required.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations – Global Gadgets

Attend to customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, handle queries and support sales.

Ensure the store remains organised and the customer experience meets premium retail standards.

Executive Assistance – MD Office

Coordinate meetings, receive visitors and manage basic meeting arrangements.

Assist with scheduling, follow-ups and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Provide on-site support to the Managing Director whenever required.

Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional presentation, discretion and organisational skills.

Ability to manage both customer-facing responsibilities and executive coordination.

Experience in premium retail, hospitality, front-office operations or executive assistance is preferred.
