Tele counsellor

If you’re good on the phone, here’s a calling job where the conversation matters.

We’re an admissions consultancy for Under-graduate programs. We need an experienced caller to reach students and parents, pitch our counselling, and fill our counsellors’ calendar with office visits.

What you’ll do

Run daily outbound calling to student and parent lists

Pitch Steps to College clearly and handle objections politely

Book visits and follow up by call and WhatsApp until they show up

Log every call and next step, and own your numbers

Who we’re looking for

6+ months in telecalling, BPO, ed-tech, real estate or any sales calling role (preferred)

Strong in Hindi and English, with good listening skills

Target-driven and consistent
