Executive SCM Cum Stores

To manage supply chain activities and warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory control, timely dispatch, warehouse cleanliness, maintenance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and timely procurement.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up on pending supplies.

Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.

Maintain proper stock records and ensure accurate inventory levels.

Manage warehouse storage, material identification and stock arrangement.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for stock availability and order requirements.

Ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of goods as per customer orders.

Coordinate with transporters for delivery and shipment tracking.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

Maintain records of inward, outward, returns and damaged goods along with RMA .

Ensure regular warehouse cleaning, housekeeping and proper storage practices.

Monitor warehouse infrastructure and arrange timely maintenance and repairs.

Ensure fire extinguishers, fire exits and safety equipment are accessible and maintained as per schedule.

Coordinate with Purchase, Sales & Accounts teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills

Inventory management, warehouse operations, MS Excel, documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
