We have the opening for Freshers/Trainee/Intern for the position of HR Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Understand job requirements shared by hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding activities.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Attention to detail.

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
