Retail Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for high-end customers and retail tenants

Conduct regular patrols across mall premises, including retail zones, parking areas, and service corridors

Monitor and operate advanced CCTV and surveillance systems

Manage access control for staff, vendors, and service personnel

Handle incidents such as theft, disturbances, emergencies, or VIP visits with professionalism

Support crowd management during peak hours, weekends, and special events

Provide courteous assistance to customers and guests when required

Prepare accurate and detailed incident and shift reports

Coordinate with emergency services, local authorities, and internal teams

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
