Job Description

White Horse Technology is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, following up with potential customers, and generating leads.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain company services clearly and professionally.

Follow up with interested customers and leads.

Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the CRM.

Identify customer requirements and schedule appointments when required.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Telugu.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
