Senior Panel Wiring Technician/ Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Panel Wiring Technician / Supervisor to join our industrial control panel manufacturing team.

The candidate will be responsible for reading and analyzing electrical drawings, carrying out panel wiring, handling special/customized panels, and supervising a team of 5–8 technicians/helpers.

Key Responsibilities

Read and analyze electrical drawings and wiring diagrams before starting the work.

Carry out complete control-panel wiring according to the given drawings.

Handle wiring of special, customized and machine control panels.

Identify and rectify wiring errors and troubleshoot connection issues.

Supervise and allocate work to a team of 5–8 panel wiring technicians/helpers.

Train and guide new employees in panel wiring and drawing reading.

Monitor the team's work and ensure good wiring quality and timely completion.

Coordinate with engineers when there are drawing or wiring-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial automation control-panel wiring.

Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Ability to independently wire panels by following electrical drawings.

Experience with special/customized control panels is preferred.

Previous experience leading or supervising a panel wiring team is strongly preferred.

Must be comfortable with both hands-on panel wiring and team supervision.

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
