Field Sales Executive (Solar industry)

• Client Acquisition \& Prospecting: Identify new business leads, cold-call, and visit prospective customers (B2B or B2C) directly in the assigned field territory.
• Product \& Service Pitches: Demonstrate company products, explain features, and tailor solutions to address client needs.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Relationship Management: Build long-lasting trust and maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for cross-selling and renewals.
• Market Mapping \& Reporting: Conduct local market research, analyze competitor activity, and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
• Negotiation \& Closure: Negotiate pricing, handle objections, finalize contracts, and collect payments or documentation where applicable.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Education: Graduate, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (solar).
• Experience: Generally ranges from 1 to 5 years of field sales or business development experience.
• Key Hard Skills: Strong product knowledge, local area knowledge, negotiation tactics, and familiarity with CRM software.
• Key Soft Skills: Resilience against rejection, active listening, strong communication, and high mobility/readiness for field travel

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
