Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration, study visa, visitor visa, and related services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments for consultations.
• Maintain daily calling records and update client information in the company database.
• Generate leads through regular calling and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients and achieve daily calling targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Previous telecalling or customer-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain calling records.
• Confident, polite, motivated, and target-oriented.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
