- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and captions.
- Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop high-quality creatives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support social media advertising campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
