Collective Recovery Executive – Job Description. Job Purpose: To recover overdue payments from customers, achieve collection targets, and reduce outstanding balances while following company policies. Roles and ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue payments.Conduct field visits and coordinate recovery activities.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.Maintain customer records and update recovery status.Monitor overdue accounts and escalate difficult cases.Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.
