Job Overview Job Title: Telesales Executive (B2C) Location: Sector 73, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: 0–4 Years Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential B2C customers. Effectively promote and explain company products and services. Follow up on leads promptly and convert inquiries into sales. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and key business objectives. Handle customer queries professionally and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications 0 to 4 years of experience in B2C sales. Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills. Excellent customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred. Education: Graduation preferred; enthusiastic fresh graduates with relevant sales aptitude or experience are welcome to apply.
