Job Title: Field Sales Executive – PhonePe Merchant Onboarding Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: WHERE YOU WERE COMFORTABLE IN JODHPUR Department: Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month Experienced Candidates: Salary hike based on current/last CTC and relevant sales experience Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month Petrol Allowance: ₹4,200 per month or ₹175 per working day, as per company policy PF and ESI benefits Health insurance coverage Mobile allowance Job ResponsibilitiesVisit 15–20 company-provided verified merchant leads daily. Acquire and onboard new merchants for PhonePe payment services. Install and activate PhonePe QR codes and SmartSpeakers. Explain digital payment solutions and their benefits to merchants. Maintain good relationships with merchants and assist with payment-related queries. Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates can also apply. Freshers are welcome. Sales experience in PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, BharatPe, telecom, FMCG, or merchant onboarding is preferred. Must own an Android smartphone. Must have a bike/scooter and a valid driving licence.
