Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Company: BioMax Safety & Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. Location: Unit No. 501–504, 5th Floor, Solitaire Sky, Ashram Road, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad – 380014 Salary: ₹15,000–₹21,000 per month Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply) Job Responsibilities: Install and troubleshoot biometric devices (Face, Fingerprint & Palm). Install and support attendance software (Desktop, Web & Cloud). Handle LAN, IP settings, networking, routers and switches. Provide customer and dealer support via calls, remote access and on-site visits. Generate attendance, access control and payroll reports. Support cloud software and mobile applications. Basic knowledge of SQL Server is preferred. Qualification: BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Sc Cyber Security / Diploma in Computer Engineering. Languages: Hindi and Gujarati preferred.
