Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, and expiry dates of medicines. Ensure proper storage conditions and adherence to FEFO (First Expiry, First Out). Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks. Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination. Maintain stock records, invoices, and dispatch documentation. Follow pharmaceutical storage guidelines, safety procedures, and company SOPs. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in pharma distribution. Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and expiry tracking. Basic computer skills and experience with Excel or warehouse management systems. Good team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
