Collaborate with hiring to define role requirements, team needs, and ideal qualifications. Write and publish job descriptions across company career sites, job boards, and social media platforms. Source candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the baseline criteria. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to log candidate data, track interview stages, and maintain compliance records. Handle offers and negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and start dates. Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
