Sales Executive Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (fixed) + 0.50% incentive on deal price Responsibilities - Handle leads, make follow-up calls, and fix site visits with clients - Conduct site visits and close bookings for builder and resale properties - Meet the daily and monthly targets set by the Team Leader - Fill in the daily sales report and update every lead and follow-up in the CRM or Google Sheet - Coordinate with builders and site offices for unit availability, pricing, and booking formalities Requirements - Good communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of the local market and RERA basics - Comfortable with field work and client meetings

Sales Team Leader Experience: Minimum 5+ years in real estate sales, with team handling experience Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (fixed) + 0.45% incentive on deal price Field work (about 50-60%) - Join the team on site visits and difficult closings - Meet builders, channel partners, brokers, and investors - Stay updated on new launches, inventory, and pricing - Attend launch events and site activations Office work (about 40-50%) - Allot daily and weekly targets and track team performance - Hold the morning briefing and evening review meetings - Check daily reports and follow-up discipline - Track brokerage claims and follow up with builders for commission - Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management - Train new joiners on the pitch and the process KRAs: Monthly bookings, brokerage earned, site visits and visit-to-booking ratio, team target achievement, follow-up discipline, and team development
