Business Development Executive

Job Description: Generate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Understand clients’ business requirements and funding needs. Explain relevant government schemes, business loans, subsidies, and consultancy services. Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong client relationships. Convert qualified leads into paying clients. Maintain lead and sales records using Google Sheets/CRM. Coordinate with the operations team after client conversion. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to improving sales and conversion processes. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telesales, or a related role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp Business. Experience in loans, finance, MSME, government schemes, or business consultancy is a plus. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
