Job Description – Field Recruiter Company: QT Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Department: Recruitment & Operations Job Type: Full-Time Job SummaryQT Consultancy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Recruiter to hire candidates for logistics, warehouse, delivery, and other blue-collar job profiles across Mumbai. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field recruitment drives to hire delivery boys, pickup boys, and warehouse staff. Source candidates through local markets, job fairs, references, posters, and social media. Visit local areas and hiring locations to generate candidate leads. Screen candidates, explain job requirements, and coordinate interviews and joining. Complete candidate documentation and maintain recruitment records. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure successful joining. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply. Knowledge of Mumbai's local areas and recruitment markets is preferred. Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting recruitment targets. Required SkillsGood communication and candidate-handling skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
