Job Description: Civil Engineer Company/Project: Gulshan Green Villas – Vijan Project Job Location: Vijay Nagar, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Department: Projects / Civil Engineering Experience: 3–8 Years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time About the JobGulshan Green Villas, a project under Vijan, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities, ensure quality standards, and complete project work within the specified timelines. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site. Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications. Ensure quality of materials, workmanship, and construction standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Check measurements, prepare quantity estimates, and maintain site records. Assist in preparing material requirements and monitoring material consumption. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures. Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Head for timely resolution. Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status. Eligibility & RequirementsDiploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant civil construction experience preferred. Experience in villas, residential buildings, real estate, or township projects will be an advantage. Good knowledge of construction drawings, estimation, measurement, and site supervision. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage labour teams and handle site responsibilities independently. Candidates from Jabalpur or nearby locations will be preferred. SalarySalary will be based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
