Factory Worker

Fibre Bond Industries is hiring Factory Workers for its belt manufacturing unit in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided. Responsibilities: - Assist with production and material handling. - Carry out basic quality checks and packing. - Perform machine-related work after training, under supervision. - Keep the work area clean and follow safety instructions. Requirements: - Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience. - Willingness to learn and follow work instructions. - Ability to commute to Mahape regularly. Salary and benefits: - Monthly salary: ₹18,000–₹26,000, depending on skills and experience. - Additional performance-based bonus up to ₹10,000; not guaranteed. - Daily or monthly payment options available. Job details: - Full-time position; 15 openings. - Working hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, 10-hour duty. - Weekly off: Friday. Work location: Fibre Bond Industries, A-418, T.T.C.
