About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC professional with experience in façade manufacturing to manage production planning, material requirements, scheduling, and coordination across departments. The candidate will ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of manufacturing orders.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project requirements and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with production, design, procurement, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.

Plan material requirements and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Monitor production progress against planned targets and identify bottlenecks.

Track work-in-progress (WIP), inventory, and finished goods.

Prepare production schedules, work orders, BOMs, and MIS reports.

Monitor manpower, machine capacity, and resource utilization.

Coordinate with the façade manufacturing team to ensure timely execution of orders.

Maintain production records and track planned versus actual output.

Identify opportunities to reduce material wastage and improve productivity.

Required Skills

Experience in PPC / production planning within façade, aluminium fabrication, curtain wall, or related manufacturing industries.

Understanding of façade manufacturing processes and material planning.

Knowledge of BOM, production scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

2–5 years of relevant experience in production planning and control.

Diploma or engineering degree in a relevant discipline.

Candidates with direct façade manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and meet production deadlines.
