Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear products.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

Maintain product displays and ensure excellent customer service.

Build strong customer relationships and handle customer queries.

Maintain product knowledge of optical brands, frames, and lenses.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in optical retail sales.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of frames, lenses, and leading optical brands.

Strong sales skills with a target-oriented approach.

Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.
