Core Responsibilities

Data Input: Enter text and numerical data from physical documents, scans, or digital files into software systems, CRM tools, or spreadsheets.

Verification & Error Checking

Review records for missing details, typos, or inconsistencies, and fix errors to maintain data integrity.

File & Record Management

Organize, label, and store physical and electronic files, and run routine system backups.

Report Generation

Create basic summaries, tables, and reports using Excel or internal databases when requested by teams.

Confidentiality & Security

Follow strict company security and privacy protocols when handling sensitive customer or business records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (some roles prefer a bachelor's degree or basic computer certification).

Typing & Speed

Fast, accurate typing speed (frequently required at 40+ words per minute
