Role Summary

“We are hiring a Delivery Manager who can understand architecture, not just track timelines.”

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background, who has evolved from roles such as Tech Lead / Technical Architect into delivery leadership.

This role requires a balance of technical understanding and delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality execution of complex engineering programs while aligning with architecture, scalability, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery Ownership

Own delivery of multiple projects/programs across teams

Ensure timelines, quality, and predictability of releases

Drive execution aligned with business priorities

Technical Delivery Oversight

Collaborate closely with Architects and Tech Leads

Review technical designs to ensure feasibility and scalability

Ensure engineering decisions align with long-term architecture

Program & Portfolio Management

Manage cross-functional programs and dependencies

Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and project health

Drive planning, forecasting, and execution governance

Stakeholder Management

Act as the bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering

Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans

Manage escalations effectively

Team & Resource Management

Manage and mentor engineering teams

Drive productivity, accountability, and performance

Allocate resources effectively across projects

Delivery Governance & Process Excellence

Define and enforce Agile/Scrum delivery processes

Improve delivery efficiency and reduce bottlenecks

Establish SOPs and best practices

Risk & Quality Management

Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies

Ensure quality standards and minimize production defects

Oversee release readiness and deployment processes

Collaboration with DevOps & Architecture

Ensure alignment with

CI/CD pipelines

Deployment strategies

System performance and scalability goals

Required Skills & Experience

12–18 years of experience in software engineering and delivery

Mandatory

Prior hands-on technical experience as

Tech Lead / Senior Engineer / Technical Architect

Strong understanding of

System design and architecture

Backend (.NET) and frontend ecosystems

Databases, APIs, and distributed systems

Proven experience in

Delivery / Program Management

Agile methodologies

Stakeholder management

Preferred

Experience in real-time / high-scale systems

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)

Domain exposure (Power / Industrial / Enterprise platforms)
