Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct induction and product training for new joiners.

Train sales executives on B2C telesales processes, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Improve communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, role-plays, and mock calls.

Monitor call quality and sales performance to identify training needs.

Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments.

Track training effectiveness and provide performance feedback.

Coordinate with sales managers to improve productivity and achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in sales training, preferably in telesales or a BPO environment.

Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement, and objection handling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales teams.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales training.

Target-oriented with a focus on sales conversion and revenue growth.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
