Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and guest-focused Hostess to create a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions while maintaining the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a professional and personalised experience.

Manage table reservations, walk-in guests, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.

Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.

Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Captains, and service team to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.

Communicate waiting times clearly and professionally during busy service hours.

Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and seating preferences with courtesy.

Assist in managing guest feedback and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve complaints.

Maintain an updated reservation record and ensure accurate guest information.

Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.

Follow the restaurant’s grooming standards, service etiquette, and guest-handling procedures.

Support the team in delivering a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
