clinic counsellor
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive, confident and target-driven Sales Counsellor to join our skin and aesthetic clinic.
This is a revenue-focused role. The counsellor will be responsible for converting enquiries and leads into consultations and treatments, counselling clients on suitable treatment plans, following up consistently, and ensuring that the clinic meets its daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, comfortable discussing premium aesthetic treatments, persistent with follow-ups, highly organised and able to take ownership of numbers rather than wait for clients to walk in.

Follow up aggressively and consistently on new leads, enquiries, past consultations and existing clients.
Convert incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, social media and other sources into clinic appointments.
Counsel clients on relevant skin, hair, laser and aesthetic treatments based on their concerns and the doctor's recommendations.
Explain treatment plans, packages, pricing, offers and payment options clearly and confidently.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and treatment upgrades without compromising the client's experience or clinical appropriateness.
Follow up with clients who have consulted but not yet purchased or started treatment.
Reactivate dormant clients and encourage repeat treatments, maintenance plans and package renewals.
Track upcoming package expiries, incomplete treatment plans and potential repeat business.
Lead Management & Follow-up
Respond promptly to all incoming leads and enquiries.
Maintain a disciplined follow-up system so that no potential client is lost because of delayed or missed communication.
Understand the client's concern, establish intent and guide them towards booking a consultation or treatment.
Maintain detailed notes on every lead, including treatment interest, objections, follow-up dates and conversion status.
Handle common objections around pricing, treatment concerns, downtime and decision-making confidently and professionally.
Client Counselling
Build rapport quickly and make clients feel comfortable discussing aesthetic concerns.
Explain treatments in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Work closely with doctors, nurses and therapists to recommend the right treatment journey for each client.
Ensure that counselling is persuasive and commercially effective while remaining ethical and aligned with medical recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to improve retention, referrals and repeat business.

Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, conversions and revenue.
Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Review the sales pipeline daily and prioritise high-potential leads.
